FASH.EXE and Malware

Does anyone know what this file is? I've spent the past
several days cleaning Malware off of workstations that
have been having various problems and this is the one
common file I've found, it is also in the run folder of
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersio
n\Run . Any input would be appreciated.
