Hi,
I Have just remove the Cannot Import srch.reg error popup after my
Windows login. Here is the how-to:
Suggest you download any of the freeware that display Windows Auto
Startup entries in the Registry and run it to display a list of Auto
Startup processes (or if you are comfortable with Regedit, just do a
find for load - see below).
You should look out for the following entry:
Key=HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Name=Windows Shell Library Loader
Type=REG_SZ
Data=load shell32.dll /c /set
> points to image load.exe in WINNT\SYSTEM32
Note that the impage file may not exist as your Antivirus may have
removed it; however, the registry entry still invokes Registry Editor
and hence the popup error. To stop the popup on Windows login, just
delete this Registry entry.
