Different domain not able to auth

hi all

I have existing domain on NT4 and a new domain on Win2003, both is in
trusted both, as I browse the NT4 domain user and vice versa

I have a RAS server running Win2K SP4 which able to perform auth on my
existing NT4 domain user BUT not on Win2003 domain user

I had also a policy called LG_RAS which is a local group on my NT4 domain,
which consists of all the NT4 RAS user id and Win2003 RAS user id

the auth part for Win2003 is always fail with below error msg

Error 930: The authentication server did not response to authentication
request in a timely fashion.
