Error 736 / Available IP Addresses

Hi,
I am getting an 736 when around 15 users are connected to my VPN
server. It seems to be a concurrent user issue as if one user
disconnects aniother can connect OK.
I think the VPN Server is out of available ports/IP addresses.
How can increase this limit on the server ?
Thanks.
