Re: PPTP VPN Woes.

Have you enable IP routing? Also can you ping the client form the server?

Hi,

I have a Windows 2000 Server and 2 Windows 2000 VPN clients.

Both machines can connection to the VPN and be authenticated via PPTP. All
is good.
However both machines can only ping themselves and the server. They cannot
ping each other.

I want to use a special application that enables one client to connect
directly to each other.

e.g. PC1 (192.168.50.10) TCP:3100  Connects to PC2 (192.168.50.11) TCP 5900
(Fixed) for example.

Is there some settings in the Windows 2000 RRAS that prevents this type of
TCP connection from taking place.

Is there any way I can make this work .. Is it the same with Windows 2003
RRAS?

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Ward
