New NICs and routing issues

I had to replace a couple of NICs in my server and now it doesn't appear to route between them. I did not unistall the nics before replacing them (I am not sure if this makes a difference, I hope not). The new cards have the same IP info as the old, so I am not sure why the routing doesn't work. If more info is needed, let me know.

Thanks.
