dial out Problem

This 2000 server is dropping the Network(LAN) Default gateway and replacing
the gateway with the Dial out line. This cuts off all the LAN resources. I
have checked and the "Use Default" is unchecked in the DUN connection. Can
anyone give me a clue what might be causeing this...
