Actually I found that this is the exacly same scenario as mine:

"I have done a NETSTAT -NA and port 1723 is listening on 0.0.0.0 - not
on 192.168.2.8. I then went into NETSH RAS and did a SHOW
ACTIVESERVERS and it sits there, with no response."

"Also, I wanted to add that we can connect via the LAN to the VPN
connection, just not through the Internet."

In the end he just says that got if fixed and it was an issue with his
testing scenario.

Well, I must fix this too, and have no idea how, can anybody help?
