No. Win2000 RRAS-NAT (on Server) and the workstation
version (ICS) translate the entire address en bloc.

You could block all but that port if that is what you want.
Technically you would be translating all requests but since
you only (actually) pass the ones you allow through then
it would amount to the same thing.
