vpn - 1723 bind to 1! ip or interface ?

is there a way to bind port 1723 to only 1! interface or ip ? i do not like
to use filters ... i like to specify the interface or ip ... I canīt find
any option on the mmc for this ... is there a way to do this by regedit or
any other setting?
