Hi

Yes, Active Directory and the RRAS server are on the same machine. And the RRAS configuration's been registered with the AD. also as RAS and IAS servers group member its been registered. But the problem still exists.
Is there another solution?

     It is basically RRAS is not able to validate the user with the users in AD.
     
     Change the "Auth" provider in the RRAS properties to point to RADIUS Server
     if AD is on a different machine.
