Did you use the Wizard to configure the VPN server? If so you need to
disable the filters it creates:
1. Open the Routing and Remote Access Snapin.
2. Open the IP Routing container and then select the General container.
3. In the right-hand pane, right-click the appropriate interface and click
properties.
4. Click either the Input Filters button or the Output Filters button and
make
the appropriate changes.
