Hi,
if the printers are of the same model or at least very compatible you can use a solution, which can duplicate printjobs at the port level.
(a "portmonitor").
Take a look at
http://www.andtechnologies.com/mpp.html
or
http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/redmon/
which can start scripts to do something at the port level, e.g. print raw files.
When you want to print to printers from different manufacturer or want something like pdf-creating and printing at the same time (e.g. for archiving) you need a tool based on "print processors".
I would recommend my own tool "printmulti" from
http://www.lvbprint.de/html/download.html
It's free for all client os, but not for servers. Unfortunally I have unresolved problems with windows 2003 server.
(You have to disable the extended printing functionality for the printers to print on with printmulti)
But for XP it works fine and gives a lot of possibilities. Perhaps you can use a client-side solution.
The output, setup and examples are in english, but the manual is not yet translated from german.

Hi,.
I'm using a W2k3 print server and Win XP clients. When I print to a
print queue I would like the output to come out on 2 different physical
printers.
So one print job coming out on 2 printers. How do I do this without
printing twice?
Thanks
