error code 80070035 get adsi printers

I have a Win2K box running IIS and Exch2000, the server has a single
interface w/a non-routable IP and is behind a natting router with a
static IP connected to a DSL modem. When I print locally with
\\servername\printername it is fine, however when I try to print across
the web I get :

Error Code: 80070035
Note: Get ADSI Printers
