One Printer VERY Slow

Print server is Server2003, SP1. An HP1200 inkjet, HP4000 laserjet, and an
HP 4050 laserjet are all run through this print server.

The HP4050 printing has been getting slower and slower and now it takes
several minutes to print out a test page from the server. The led indicates
rreceiving data, then ready, then receiving data and just takes forever. A
test page initiated on the printer itself comes out immediately.

Test pages from the server to the other two printers are executed quickly.

I have performed the troushooting I found on the support.microsoft web site,
including removing the printer and reinstalling the driver and then removing
the c:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3 folder and reinstalling all
printers.

No change. The fact that the printer quickly prints a test page initiated
at the printer leads me back to the server but only the one printer has this
slowness issue.

Any ideas?
