Print Migrator 3.1 won't restore

Using Print Migrator 3.1 on Server 2003. Trying to backup from server and
restore to another Server 2003. The backup works fine with no errors. When
trying to restore I get the following error:
"FAILURE: Can't restore to HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Printmig"
Anyone have any bright ideas what I'm doing wrong? I did the backup
remotely but am doing the restore locally.
