PrintUI will not remove default printer...

The problem that I am having is that I used PrintUI to add printers
globally across a win2000/2003 domain. With that I used the /y flag to
make one of them default on each system. I made an error on one system
and need to change that default printer, but no matter what I try, if I
allow the 'billing' printer to be added to that system, it always
becomes the default. How can I reverse my erroneous actions in that I
don't want the PrintUI to force down ANY default printer to this
specific device? Hope that is clear, it is kinda confusing to me all
