Clearing a networked print queue

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Is there a way to clear a print queue on a windows 2000 server from a
workstation without installing the printer (assuming you have rights).
Maybe through a custom MMC or ? I am looking for a gui option, not
from just the command line. TIA.
