For windows 2003 server the answer is yes. But I find that the banner page
for all 'guests' will say "GUEST". I was hoping that there is a way to pass
the username or hostname from the non-authenticated user so that the print
job banner page has some useful information on it. So far I have not found a
solution to the banner page problem
