I have the same problem!!!
Anyone pls help!!
I tried to copy the file (spoolsv.exe and spoolss.dll)
from another computer using the same OS and overwrite the
files but didn't work. The message stop appearing but the
printer still gone, and when I tried to get into the
server properties it sends me an error message "Server
properties cannot be viewed. The print subsystem is
unavailable"
I've already tried to download every critical update that
are available in the windows update site. Still won't work.
Thanks in advance
Hector
