You need to support delegation so the client computers can access the hop to
the last computer in the chain for this to work.

Or enable NullSessionShares on the last computer.

Downlevel Print Jobs Not Redirected Correctly

You will also need to add Anonymous Logon (if the last computer is XP or
greater) in the printer properties security tab on the last computer.

No thoughts on network traffic, I'm just a printer guy
