printing adobe file

I have been trying to print an adobe file. The first page
is b/w, while the rest is color. It prints out the first
page alone. When I print any other page in the file, I
recieve a small window stating 'the document could not be
printed.' I am able to print out other color .pdf's with
no problems. Any suggestions?
