Hi,

I suspect the print spooler service is stopped on your
machine. Right click "My Computer" and click "Manage"
Scroll down to "Services and Applications" Double click
the "Services Icon", scroll down and double click
on "Print Spooler"

Check the startup type - you may want to set this to
Automatic. If the service status is currently stopped,
just press the start button and try again. If the
service is set to "disabled" You will not be able to
start it until you change the Startup Type to Manual or
Automatic.

Rgds

Martin.
