You're welcome, Marc. Don't know where that's documented, only know it because somebody in one of these NGs pointed it out long ago. Probably in ref to NT3x.
WAIT!! DISREGARD!! Go to Start/Help/Search, and type in print screen
You'll get the full scoop. Almost. Seems that CTL-PrtScreen is the same as just PrtScreen; CTL's unnecessary.

CTL-Printscreen puts current screen on the clipboard. Paste Special puts that image on a word processor page.
