Use the Recovery Console and run Chkdsk /r
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/229716/EN-US/
If that doesn't fix things you may have fried something in the pc due to
a power surge or your BIOS/CMOS may be scrambled. Post back with the
results on Chkdsk /r and someone can offer other assistance.
