if you lost the password or dont know it there is no way around it.
you need to reinstall. To reinstall you need to put in your dell system cd,
or the windows install cd and boot to cd. there should be a prompt when your
computer is booting. If it skips this and goes straight to windows, go into
your bios and make sure your cdrom is set to the first boot device, and hit
spacebar when it prompts to boot to cd
