Setting permissions

Hi all - :-) W2K PRo

I have set the Administrator and put me in the Power User group. The
problem I am having is that I can't even burn a CD unless I log on as
Administrator. I have set the permissions for Power Users for everything
except the high-test, which is for the Administrator. I don't understand
why I can't do the CD burn from my User logon. It tries to open, but, then
it won't do anything. I have to close out of my logon and log on as Admin
before I can run the Nero program and burn the CD. I don't think it is
supposed to be that way.

If not, what do I need to do to fix it so that I can use it from the User
log on as well?

Jan :)
