Yes, I want to synchronize the "network" files (from the desktop) on to
the laptop when I leave the office, and then upload any new filed from
the laptop to the desktop when I return.

How to I get the files to replace the old ones with the new ones, in
their proper directories/folders, rather than the "OFFLINE FILES" FOLDERS?
