Dave,
O.K. so let me make sure I understand this process. I have an existing
6g hdd with win98 os. I want to install win2000 as the os and also
partition the 6g hdd into two partitions (c&d), 2 and 4 gig
respectfully. I insert the win2000 install cd and proceed. It will
allow me to partition the 6 gig into 2 & 4 gig partitions. At some
point it will prompt me for the previous os cd (win98) and once it
sees that will give me the option to proceed with the win2000
installation with the win2000 os on c and d will be free. Does this
summary sound correct?
