It may well be that yr sys cannot access drives larger than 16gb. Thats not
to say you should'nt be able to install win2k, it may however be affected by
other hardware, eg graphics card / modem etc. that is causing the problems.
I certainly have installed on two pentiumII sys's, I did however use later
graphic cards.
