Dave Patrick is right; there is a forum for just for Windows Update, so do
post your question there. But this forum does presume that you are a new
user, and don't know these things. Also note that the page you reproduced
gives you five links, three of which could help you: "send us your
feedback", "Support Information", and "online support". For whatever reason,
the curious can see a similar page at
<http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/error.asp>. But your page offers
one other invaluable bonus: "Send error number to Microsoft", and "you may
or | may not receive a response". It is worth a try. I also found the
following third-party article: <http://www.updatexp.com/0x800A138F.html>.
