Hello Neil,
Very often DNS is the problem, make sure that all domain members use only the Domain DNS server on there NIC, no other external DNS servers.

I run a network with Win 2k server & Win 2K clients.
My server is a DC DHCP is disabled & all PC's use static IP's.
Usually all users can log on to their PC's no problem.
quite often users can logon but can not access network resources "No
Available Logon Servers Error".
This may not affect all PC's at the same time, but the Server can
still
access the problem client PC's.
Usually shutting down & rebooting the client PC cures the problem, any
sugestions as to what my problem might be?
