Here is the situation. If you can comprehend since the folks at HP
cannot.
I have just purchased an HP colorject c1312nfi MFP. I was told that
it is capable of scanning documents onto networked drives(mapped).
Well I guess they did not add in the fact that this needs to be true
while using Terminal Service.
I have a Windows 2000 server with terminal service on it, the users
that work outisde of our office use RDP to terminal service into the
2000 server to access applications. Well, now they need the ability
to scan documents into a network folder on the TS server.
I want to know if it possible, and if you need more info...ask!
