I have two winxp pro machines, no simple sharing, and want to share a
drive from machine1 to machine2, but I *only* want machine 2's admin to
have access. I do not want any admins on any OTHER machines on the
network to have access. Possible (without a domain, only a workgroup)?
Currently, I have the machine1 drive security set to "Admins
(machine1/administrators) Full Control Set. Sharing permission is set to
Administrator (Machine1/Administrator) Full Control Allow.
However, does this let ALL machines with an admin account have access?

If it's only about granting the rights for adding machines and accounts to active directory, you could just right-click the OU and choose "Delegate Control". ...
