Hello!
I have w2k sp4 and same wireless card on partition 1 and partition2.
ipconfig/renew.wireless device and driver no problem and show the network icon.Partition1
can go to internet.
For partition 2:
I either assign private ip or auto get ip,it just can not connect to
internet. It can not ping router. I use ipconfig/release,

saw the ip is 169.254.x.x. I know this is not the correct ip. How do I
correct it? Thanks any suggestion.
What do [disk?] partitions have to do with network adapters?
Are you talking about booting into different OSs, each on its
own disk partition?
