I found that whenever I try to access the help in a software application, a dial-out dialog appears. A chm file contains the help. The help is organized with an index, search and topics. If I change to a new topic, a dial-out appears again. Sometimes I get just one, and other times it produces six or so. For awhile I thought it was just the one program. I happened to open another program, and the same thing happened when I used its help. If I use the search index, the same thing happens as soon as I select a word. Any ideas what's happening?Placed in the wrong NG, but if you have info, fire away.
