If the clients are win 98 and windows 2000, you can use netmeeting or VNC.

Hello All,

I have a group of computers that I should manage remotely, help desk..
( Win2K clients under a Win2K domain) Which tool do you offer for
remote administration of the computers? (like the "Request Assistance"
tool under XP) Right now I am using Dameware but its dame slow. And I do
not want to use a 3rd party solution anymore. Any Microsoft side
solution offer will be great.

Any suggestions?

Best Regards,
Ras
