Disable the server-based firewall, e.g. Trend Internet Security.
If this does not help, supply more information, especially the
output from the commands

ipconfig /all
ping aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd (i.e. the gateway IP address)

when executed on the WinNT PC and on the server.
