Win 2000 server problem

I am running win 2K with a single domain and single DC. I have 2 laptops, a
desktop, and the server on the network. I have a netgear wireless router
connected to roadrunner for isp. The laptops and the server have wireless
adapters. The desktop is wired directly to the router. I am having trouble
file and printer sharing. Sometimes all the hosts will appear in Win
Explorer but most times they do not. Sometimes I can drill down and connect
to a printer (printers on each laptop and the desktop - all set to share),
and sometimes not. Sometimes the host name appears in the explorer but when
you click on it, it says "network path cannot be found".

Printers do not appear in start/search for printers.

I have re-installed DNS, DHCP & rebuilt the active directory, but still no
luck.

Any ideas?
