In addition to the other reply - move any company data to the server. Don't
store any data on workstations....that's what your server is for. Using
roaming profiles & folder redirection, workstations can become pretty
interchangeable, which is a good thing on a network - and is yet another
reason to use next-to-identical hardware & software builds and lock
everything down tight so users cannot install/modify anything.
