Hi, Durga - this is not the best group for your question. You'd be better
off posting in a W2k group or Office group for help with this...the fact
that Office is installed in another partition shouldn't matter at all. Note
that Office 2k and earlier versions (in addition to being unsupported now)
were picky about user permissions - you need to install the suite with the
custom option to run all components from the local hard drive, and often
grant users local admin rights *once* to run each of the apps - then revoke
the rights.

Re your IE question - more info would help, but again, this is not the best
group for your question.
