Auto Logon to network

I setup a Win2000 server network as a Workgroup (no domain) with
simple file and printer sharing. Have a few folders shared and
restricted to different Users. Setup Users with passwords and think
that somewhere setup network to require Users to logon with passwords.

Workstations are WinXP and require users to logon to windows with
passwords. When access to network is needed then another logon window
appears to logon to network.

Would like a way to automatically logon to network with windows
user name and password to avoid this second logon.

All suggestions will be appreciated.
