Netware connectivity with 2 Nics on Win2Kpro

After installing 2 NICS on a Win2Kpro machine , Novell client refuses to see
the Novel NW3.12 server. One NIC is connected to an ADSL router/modem and the
other one is connected to our novell nw3.12 network. The NW3.12 server
displays an error message saying
"router at node <node adress> claims network 0002 should be 0001"
It seems that both NICs are linked and acts as a router and that Netware
complains about IPX network number.
