Re: LAN connection, but not shared internet connection

Seems I might be having a problem with the host machine. Althought the 2
Pcs talk to each other, the host can't ping it's own IP/IP name - it can
however ping client. The client can ping everything.
I've swapped the slot position of the Network card and de-installed and
re-installed the driver, but this hasn't alleviated the problem. Are my IP
settings OK or am I on the wrong path altogether ?
I didn't have a problem until recently, so I tend to think I may have
installed an update that's upset the whole show or I'm the lucky recipient of
Spyware - ideas ?
