Dual - Equal cost - Default IP Gateways in DHCP

My network is 'Hub and Spoke' from a WAN standpoint. I have a branch
location with a single LAN supporting approxiamtely 70 users. Said
network has two routers attached, each with a connection back to 'HQ
Hub'. The gateways (routers) are Cisco running HSRP. All users Bootp
for DHCP served network addresses. I'd like to 'round-robin' the
Default gateway addresses to equally split the load over both gateways.
(I'm willing to switch to Cisco's GLBP if that would help). Right now I
can only find a primary and Secondary type configuration for Default
Gateway addresses. Is it possible using Windows as a DHCP server to
'load-share'? TIA
