Then you did something wrong because this MUST work.

Are you clients setup to use your Internal DNS SOLELY?
(On their NICs.)

If you type on the DNS server (paste in the text of the answer):

nslookup www.domain.com Srv.IP.Addr.ess

Then the same from the client.

Paste the text of the answers in and please don't send graphics
or type them in by hand -- I need to see the output.

Include your IPConfig /all from both Server and a Client.
