I would suspect your dhcp problem isn't based on what NOS is providing
the service.

Have you tried doing reserved dhcp assigments to the pxe clients? This
is where is associate a dhcp ip address with a nic cards mac address so
that nic always gets that ip address.

Might try that to see if it addresses your issue.
