Sorry, I can read deutsch a bit (i'm dutch / netherlands) but I don't speak
it. For as far as I understand it, the problem you have is that you have
roaming profiles and that when you give a user local administrator rights
to a machine their profile will no longer load properly.

Do you have any errors in the eventlogs?

Guessing it might be a problem with the cached profile. As the profiles are
roaming, try deleting the cached profiles from the profiles folder on the
machine itself (c:\documents and settings) before logging in with the user.

Do you have a logonscript? If so you can try to re-run it once logged in as
the user. Simply go to \\<domain controller\netlogon and start the logon
script. See if that helps.

They do login to the domain don't they? I don't know how you gave them
administrator rights. Usually you go to configuration screen | users add
the user (on the _correct_ domain, not the local computer) and give them
administrator rights. You could also add the domain user to the local group
administrators.

Hope you can read this :)

regards
