Hmmm - I use it on Win2k Servers all the time - works great. Maybe there is
a version compatability issue. The sc.exe file built into Windows Server
2003 is 48 KB. The sc.exe file on my lab Win2k Server is stored in the
Resource Kit folder - 62KB dated 11/11/99.
