Printing issue...

We have a user that has an XP laptop. When he comes into the office, he
plugs into the network to access files etc... There is a networked printer
close by that he uses to print to. It's an HP 1200. The printer uses a DLink
print server - so his print driver uses an IP address for the port.

Everytime he comes back into the office and plugs into the network, past
jobs that he has printed - begin to print again. When he looks at his
printer queue, there are a pile of jobs in there. I had him make sure that
the setting to "keep printed documents" was not checked and it was not.

Has anyone seen this issue before? Why would the jobs not be deleting
themselves from the print queue once printed?

Thanks,

Brad
